My first time shopping at Superior Grocers was a few weeks ago, I drove by it everyday after work, but somehow drove way out of my way to another Latin American market, one morning I was driving in late to work and really had to stop and pick up something for lunch, so I decided to stop. This market is not a large market, but I found it to be extremely clean! My next surprise was the same items I pick up at the other Latin American market we’re about $1.00 cheaper. I can say one dollar really make a big difference now a days. Next was the self checkout. Being that I only stopped in for a few items and the other market does not have self check out I was extremely excited. I picked up my few groceries, walked through the self checkout and onto work, which I actually made it to work exactly on time. I know I would have been late to work had I stopped at the other market. I have now made Superior Grocers my Favorite new Latin American market. Oh I have told many of my friends and family to stop by and compare the prices, they will not be disappointed

Wow very impressed with this stores appearance inside and out! Thanks for really understanding key areas in the meat department and all other departments in maintaining their integrity. Cleanliness is burial and important given this pandemic we are in and you really outshine your competitors.

Location is nice and clean. Parking is plentiful. They have a nice stock of fruits and vegetables, and I like that they have a deli with hot food. My favorite thing to get from there are the Superior branded tortilla chips.

Some good fried chicken if you get it fresh.. Shrimp Chevice is good here.... Came in on 10/08 the morning shift yo get some shredded chicken for tamales all they had was seasoned but they advertised unseasoned as well but the had no unseasoned out. All the butchers said its no more we don't have any.. So Darius came to the counter an said how many pounds I told him he then went to clean out the machine that shreds the meat an made what I ask for he went above an beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer I then had to let the manager Danny Know that Darius An Renee were his star employees.... Update. 12-2-24 I slipped in the store next to the pineapples an strained a muscle the employee who cleaned it up said I didn't know there was a spill as he's walking to the spill with napkins to wipe it up smh.. I reported to Juan the Supervisor at the time who was supposed to report it to the manager well long story short I called the manager he said he knew nothing of the situation an said he was gonna call Juan to find out because he was off on the 3rd when I called him. The manager never called me back the next day or the day he said he would call Juan I was trying to talk to management instead of getting a slip an fall lawyer because I'm being ignored... I was told to go to the Dr but my Dr Visits cost me about 50$ Everytime I go an I couldn't afford to call the ambulance because that would be another bill I can't afford to pay.. It's been 4 days the pain is slightly goin away I started taking 800mg of ibuprofen 3 times a day The day after the incident just to walk without as much pain I'm gonna reach out 1 more time hopefully the owner sees my review this time because he definitely skipped over me when responding to the other reviewer's...

Superior is my go-to market, they have fresh produce, a bakery with an assortment of baked goods. I especially like their meat department with a variety of fresh cut meats. The marinated chicken is great for grilling! If you need last minute family meals they have that too. Great store to shop for all your needs.

I have been coming to this location on & off for 5 years. Seen the changes from long lines to self checkout. Definitely a game changer. Always heavy lines at the meat dept cause they have the prepared food as well, so people getting lunch or dinner. Plan ahead. Bakery is the best. I've been to Covina & Norwalk. Not even in the same level of effort. This store hands down the best. Just make sure you go when the bread is made day of. Prices are high in some things so I buy elsewhere. Produce is decent on some items. Love the various spices, teas packaged. For those crying racist store you are incorrect. If s Hispanic walked into a "white" store you'd feel a bit off. Never had a bad experience. Happy shopping!
